Our most special tradition each September is gathering around the table to share the bountiful gifts of the earth.

This year, we are honored to present a collaborative culinary showcase featuring master chefs from Atayal, Seediq, and Bunun restaurants. 

Drawing inspiration from the mountains and forests, they transform hand-picked ingredients from our market vendors into authentic Indigenous-inspired creations.

A unique dining experience that flips conventional expectations upside down awaits you—come savor every layer of flavor!


Event Information
。Date & Time: Friday, September 18 | Dinner Banquet: 18:00–20:30 (Please arrive 30 minutes prior for registration)
。Location: 3F Sixth Market (3F, Park Lane by CMP / Park Lane by Splendor, No. 1049, Jianxing Rd., West Dist., Taichung City)
。Format: 11 courses per table (6 guests per table, 14 tables total). Featuring both individual course plating and family-style sharing.

Registration Information
。Registration Period: Open until Wednesday, September 9, 18:00
。How to Register: Register online via the official Sixth Market website. (Upon completing your order and payment, our team will call you within one week to confirm your successful registration.)
。Payment Notice: Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 1 hour. If payment expires and causes order failure, the registration is considered incomplete and no further notice will be provided by the organizer.
。Eligibility: Ages 3 and above.
。Fee: NT$ 888 per person.
。Seating Policy: To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, seating is arranged based on registered headcounts. Children under 3 enter free (no seat provided). Due to space constraints, high chairs are not available. Children aged 3 and above will be charged the full adult rate.
。Alcohol Notice: Millet wine will be served (18+ only). Never drink and drive. Please use public transit, ride-hailing, or designated driver services.

Terms & Conditions

● Limited Seats: Capacity is limited; registration will close automatically once full.

● Child Policy: Children under 3 enter free (no seat allocated). High chairs are not available due to space constraints. Children aged 3 and above will be charged the full adult rate.

● Cancellations & Refunds: To cancel your registration, please call +886-4-2319-8000 ext. 8813 (Ms. Tsai | Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00).

● Refund Deadline: As ingredients are pre-ordered, no refunds will be processed after Wednesday, September 9, at 18:00. However, your registration may be transferred to family or friends.

● Admission: Entry is strictly restricted to registered attendees or designated transferees. Unregistered guests will not be seated.

● Punctuality: Please check in on time to respect other guests' experience. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

● Dietary Options: Please note that vegetarian / vegan options are not available for this banquet.

● Safety & Venue Rules: Participants must follow venue rules and staff instructions. The organizer assumes no liability for personal injury or damage resulting from rule violations.

● Media Notice: Event photography and videography will be conducted for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in published media, please notify on-site staff upon check-in.

● Event Cancellation: In the event of force majeure (e.g., severe weather or natural disasters), official announcements will be made on the Sixth Market website/Facebook page, and attendees will be notified by phone.
